Appointments require at least two full business days' notice so your intake form can be received and reviewed before we meet.
The consultation is the start.
It is a working strategy session — a place to learn, to be heard, and to build trust before any engagement begins. We listen to your goals, explain your options in plain language, and recommend the right next step.

Policy
Discovery Consultation Policy
The Discovery Consultation is a prepaid professional service that includes conflict screening, intake review, document review, business and brand analysis, preparation, and the consultation itself.
Because substantive work begins before the scheduled meeting, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
We understand that schedules change and that flexibility is sometimes necessary. Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice, and their fee will be applied to a new appointment date at no additional charge.
Which IP service area are you selecting?
Select all that apply. Your selection tells us which intake form to send you, so we can prepare before your session.
